| Returns |
At Classic Tractors, we want you to be completely satisfied each and everytime you shop with us. To help us achieve this we have a 30 day "no quibbles" returns policy. If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days in its original condition (with any seals and shrink wrap still intact) for a full refund.
We can only accept returns of opened items for a refund if they are faulty.

How to return an item
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
- Please return the original delivery note with your reason for return clearly written on the back.
- If you do not have your delivery note, please send us a note detailing the reason for return. The note MUST include your order number which you will find in the confirmation email we sent you at the time of order or you can find it by logging into My Account from the menu above.
- in the case of a faulty product, we requst that you contact us first via email or telephone
- wrap the item securely in its original packaging
- we recommend you then use a recorded-delivery service to send the package to the address below:

- It is our policy to refund the purchase price to the credit/debit card used to for the original purchase. You will be notified by email when this has occurred.
Please note : Only if an item is deemed to be faulty or an error was made in shipping the wrong item will Classic Tractors refund the delivery charges.
