I see that some of your videos are marked 'also available in NTSC'. What does this mean?

Most of our videos are only formatted for the European system (PAL). If you are ordering from Europe, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa your VCR should play PAL formatted videos. However, customers from America, Canada and Japan should check their VCRs before ordering, as they may only play NTSC formatted videos - though some are dual formatted and will play either.

Are the videos also available as DVDs?

Various programmes are now availible on both PAL video and DVD as indicated.

What credit cards can I use on your site??

We accept the major credit cards of : Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron, Maestro, JCB and American Express.

We also now accept Paypal

Can i use my Paypal account on the Classic Tractors website?

Yes you can, due to customer feedback we have now introduced an intergrated Paypal option at the checkout system.

I don't have a credit card. Can I still place an order?

When you reach the payment section you will be able to select the option "Invoice and Pay Before Delivery", and you will be sent an invoice which you can pay with a cheque or postal order, if you are ordering from the UK. Outside the UK you will need to ask your bank to supply you with a £Sterling bank draft if you cannot pay by credit card.

I don't like to give my credit card details online. Can I send them to you?

Payments made via our website are very secure - probably more so than any other means. However, if you prefer, you can either send your credit card details by post or you can telephone our office. When you reach the payment section you will see that there is an option to be "Invoiced and Pay later" - you must select this.

Can I return unsatisfactory goods?

We offer a "no quibble" 30 day returns policy. Full details are available on our Returns page.

Do you sell parts for old tractors and machinery?

No, we sell only books, videos, etc. Try Old 20 Parts Company (email: battelle@btinternet.com)

Can I visit Classic Tractors?

Visitors are welcome by prior arrangement - please telephone first. We are not a shop; we operate mainly by mail order, so our stock is arranged for our convenience rather than for visual appeal!

I may have duplicated my order by clicking the 'Pay Now' button twice, can i stop the duplicated order?

Dont Panic!, We manually check and verify all the online orders before the payment process therefore any orders that may have been duplicated at the checkout stage will be disregarded.
